About ZFD
ZENTRUM FÜR DEUTSCH has been founded and directed by two Germans (Karina L Schmelzer and Alexander B Schmelzer) in 1992; we started operating in September 1993. ZFD is a small institute. This supports individual care for our course-participants and sound follow-up on class-room activities. We work with direct feedback to optimize both: your progress and our input. Change, flexibility and reliability are among our best proven qualities.
Ever since we contributed our activities to Egypt, we focused to maintain a high level of comprehensive, efficient and practical class-room work. The evaluation of our language courses are in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (GER).
Our German courses are addressed at high-performing academics, who want to complete their majors, go for PHD programs, as researchers or professionals, who seek a swift way to get acquainted with German as quick and as efficient as possible.
You’ll find integrative, interactive & communication based condensed German courses from blank beginners to upper-intermediate-level competence in reading, writing & verbal proficiency. Preparation for International Standard Certificates, A1, A2, B1, B2 in line with GER (=European Framework for Languages) through highly creative, motivated and well trained teachers.
